Marnie Webster was born in Perth, Ontario, Canada.
She now resides in the quaint seaside village of
Wickford, RI with her husband and two children.
Surrounded by tropical water lilies and lotus used
in her husband's water garden business, she works
on her illustrations and custom dolls and toys.
